Mr. Green provides Mediation and Arbitration services and practices Law in the areas of Business Litigation, Transaction, Corporate, Entertainment Law and Personal Injury. Mr. Green is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and a former Assistant United States Attorney for the State of Minnesota. Mr. Green has been practicing law in the Century City/Beverly Hills areas since 1968 and is a member of the California Bar Association and Business Law Section. Mr. Green is a graduate of the Straus Institute for Mediation Training at Pepperdine University School of Law and he has served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Court System Mediation PracticeMr. Green’s Mission is to provide quality pre and post litigation mediation and arbitration services at a reasonable cost to litigants: to use a creative approach to dispute resolution when appropriate such as when the parties are in an on-going relationship: and to successfully resolve all disputes whenever possible.
Pre Litigation MediationMr. Green’s Mission is to assist in dispute resolution before the parties expend funds for attorney fees and costs, thus, making it more difficult to reach a settlement of their dispute. An initial meeting will be held to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved at the initial meeting Mr. Green will work with each side to identify the discovery necessary to evaluate their position; oversee an informal discovery process if necessary; returning the parties for a second session upon completion of discovery to assist in the resolution of their dispute. Pre litigation mediation can be a useful tool in resolving disputes ranging from employer-employee matters, vendor-customer issues, partner and shareholder disputes, etc. LocationRecognizing the difficulty in smaller communities finding a neutral mediator, Mr. Green is prepared to hold mediations and arbitrations in your city for the convenience of parties and their legal counsel. FeesMr Green’s Mission is to provide mediation and arbitration services at fees that encourage rather than discourage the use of mediation and arbitration for dispute resolution. Hourly rates range from $400-$500.00 per hour. The lower rate applies to matters scheduled for more than one-half day. There are no administration fees charged to the parties. Resume
